Western Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2020 for ITI trade passed candidates. Eligible Indian Citizens apply online for engagement as Act Apprentices against the 3553 vacancies for training in the designated Trades under Apprentice Act 1961 at various Divisions, Workshops within the jurisdiction of Western Railways for the year 2019 - 2020. The closing date for submission of online applications is 6th February 2020.

Vacancy Trades: Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welder, Mechanic, Machinist, Painter, Refrigerator & AC Mechanic, Electronics, Painter, Cable Jointer / Crane Operator, Lineman, Winder, Turner, Trimmer, Forger & Heat Treater, MMTM.
Age Limit: Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years as on 6th February 2020. The Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates.
Educational Qualification:
(1) Matriculation or 10th Class in 10+2 examination system with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board.
(2) ITI certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade.
Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 100/-. There is no fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates. The fee will have to be made through Online Payment Gateway.
Selection Process: Based on educational qualification marks - merit list. Selected candidates called For Document Verification (DV) will have to submit Medical Certificates. Selection will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates are required to apply online through RRC South Eastern Railway Apprentices Recruitment Portal. The closing date for registration of online applications is 06/02/2020 up to 5:00 PM.
