Plant Operator -> HSC (10+2 / Matric with 12th) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually. English as one of the subject of SSC level examination.
Electrician / Mechanic / Fitter / Machinist / Welder / Draftsman / Plumber / Carpenter -> SSC (10th class) Pass with minimum 50% marks in science subjects and Mathematics individually and 02 years ITI certificate course in concerned trade.
Stipendiary Trainees / Scientific Assistant -> Diploma with not less than 60% marks in concerned engineering discipline. For Physics / Chemistry - B.Sc. degree with a minimum of 60% marks in concerned subjects.
Safety Supervisor -> 03 years full time Diploma in Engineering in any branch with minimum 60% marks from the Institutes recognized by State Board of Technical Education. Minimum 04 years industrial experience after obtaining Diploma in Engineering.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Personal Interview.
